Warrior Yoga Flow Series
We invite you to practice yoga with us, through breath work, meditation, and asana (poses), we will stretch, align and extend our bodies for a 60-minute full body flow. Offered on Thursday evenings in the US and Friday mornings in the Philippines every 2 weeks. Open to all levels.
In this Warrior Yoga Flow, we will work to reconnect to our bodies and deepen the breath to calm the nervous system, release tension, and open up through back-bending, heart-opening postures, and muscle strengthening for mind, body, & spirit training as part of our Survival Arts Warrior + Healer praxis.
