Survival Arts creates programs for indigenous, black, brown, queer trans people of color and their families. With 1 in 5 women raped at some point in their lives, women of color and members of the LGBTQ community face the highest rates of sexual assault. Indigenous Blade Culture
Pekiti Tirsia Kali is an indigenous system of Filipino fighting arts. Originating from the Visayas region of the Philippines, this sacred blade culture has protected the family since 1897. Grand Tuhon Leo T. Gaje Jr. is the guardian of Pekiti Tirsia Kali (PTK), and has taught all over the world, making it world-renowned for survival strategy & tactics. Read More →
